A profile photo that finally fits
You just updated your company bio and the communications team needs a square headshot — exactly 400 × 400 pixels. You have a great photo from last year's offsite, but it's a wide landscape shot with a lot of background.
You open the image cropper and drag the selection around your face and shoulders. You type 400 in both the width and height fields, tweak the position so the framing looks natural, and click Crop. Ten seconds later you have a clean square portrait, ready to drop into the bio.
No photo editor to open, no layers to manage, no file to upload to a third-party service. Just the frame you needed, exactly where you wanted it.
