Why use this video to MP4 converter?

Many formats in, MP4 out

Convert MOV, AVI, WEBM, MKV, FLV, M4V, MPG, 3GP, WMV, and OGV into a clean H.264 / AAC MP4 that plays everywhere — phones, web players, presentations, editing software.

Nothing leaves your browser

All the encoding runs locally with ffmpeg.wasm. Your video isn't uploaded, copied to a server, or stored anywhere we can see. It stays on your device from start to finish.

Convert a whole batch at once

Drop up to ten videos in one go and the tool processes them one after the other. Walk away, come back when the queue is finished, and grab everything as a single ZIP.

Tune quality, size, and audio

Pick low, medium, or high quality, drop the resolution to 720p or 480p to shrink the file, change the frame rate, or strip the audio if you only need the picture.

No sign-up, no watermark, no ads

Convert as many videos as you want. We don't add a logo, slap on a watermark, gate it behind a paywall, or ask for your email.

Works on every modern browser

Runs in Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari 15.2+ on desktop and mobile. The video engine downloads once (about 30 MB) and is cached the next time you come back.

Sometimes you need a clean MP4

A campaign deadline and a folder of MOV files

You're putting together a product launch reel and your colleague just AirDropped you fifteen clips she shot on her iPhone. They're all .mov files, and the CMS your team uses only accepts MP4. The launch is tomorrow.

You don't want to install Handbrake, you can't wait for IT to push a Premiere license, and the free online converters either upload everything to a server or cap you at one file unless you pay.

You drop the whole folder onto the page. The fifteen clips line up in a queue, the tool starts on the first one, and you go grab a coffee. By the time you're back, every clip is sitting there as an MP4, and there's a single ZIP waiting for download. You upload the batch to the CMS, schedule the post, and clock out on time.

Old home videos that finally play again

You found a USB stick at the bottom of a drawer with a folder labelled "summer 2009". Inside are AVI files from your dad's old camcorder. Your phone won't play them. Neither will the smart TV. They look like they're going to be lost forever, sitting on a stick that nobody can read.

You drop the whole folder into the converter on your laptop and pick "Keep original" for resolution, because you don't want to lose any of the original footage. The first clip starts converting, then the next, then the next.

A few minutes later, you've got an MP4 of every clip — playable on the TV, watchable on your phone, ready to be shared with your sister for her birthday.

A WEBM screen recording the learning platform wouldn't take

You recorded a quick walkthrough for your students using your browser's built-in screen recorder. It saved as a .webm, which makes sense for the browser, but the school's learning platform won't let you upload anything except MP4.

You drop the WEBM onto the page, pick medium quality and 1080p, and click Convert. A minute later you're downloading the MP4. You upload it to the platform, paste the link into your lesson, and your students see the walkthrough exactly the way you planned.

No reinstalling OBS, no asking IT, no "please use a supported format" error.
